10 Shoulder circles
WOD:
A) 10-10-10 Strict press or HSPU/Pike pushup
If you have a heavy weight at home either perform push press or HSPU
12 Minutes including warm-up
B) 12 minute AMRAP:

Work your way up as high as possible in the burpee ladder adding 2 reps after each set of double unders.
