Warm-up:

15 Passthroughs
5 Floor tap (F/M/B)
10 Iron Cross
10 Scorpions
5 Pike walk-ups
5 Inchworms
20 Jumping jax

WOD:
EMOM x 20 (4 sets)
Minute 1: 5 G2O (105/75, scale to a load that is relatively light for 5 TNG)
Minute 2: 10-15 KBS (53/35#)
MInute 3: 10-15 Up downs or 7-12 Burpees
Minute 4: 20-40 DU or 40-60 SU
MInute 5: Rest
If you did Murph on Monday use this WOD as a recovery day and go light. Perform up downs instead of burpees.
