120 Deadlift (225/155, 185/125, 135/95, 105/75, alternate every 10 reps)
300 DU (2-for-1 SU, alternate every 25 reps)
90 HPCL (135/95, 115/80, 95/65, 75/50, alternate every 6 reps)
* 40-minute cap
