Warm-up:

7 Air squat
4 Yoga pushup
then
10 Scales
5 Strict pullup/ring row
WOD:
A) 10-10-10 Front Squat
12 minutes including warm-up.
Bodyweight: 20-20-20 1 1/4 squats
B) 5 minute EMOM Strict pullup (Sheet row or ring row)
Rest 2 minutes
5 minute EMOM Tempo Pushup
*Choose a volume for each that forces you to work hard without going to failure. Choose a tempo for pushups that is challenging based on your abilities.
