1-Minute Rest
2 Minutes of Back Squats (224/145, 135/85, Air squats)
1-Minute Rest
2 Minutes of Shoulder to Overhead (185/105, 95/55, 45/35)
Total is the total number of reps for all 3 movements.

B) 50 HSPU’s for time
At the beginning of every minute perform 20 DU’s
