Warm-up:
10 PVC passthrough
then
6 minute AMRAP:
2 Deep squat complex
150m run
2 Inchworm pushup
5 Strict press
4 Split jerk
3 Knee raise
2 Strict pulllup

WOD:
A) 2 Split Jerk
14 minutes to build to a heavy double.
We will be testing your 1RM next week!

B) 2 Rounds each against a 2 minute running clock:
Run 200m (Scale to 150m)
Max Strict T2B (Knee raise)

Run 200m
Max DB push press (Rx-50/35, Scale I-35/25, Scale II-25/15)

Run 200m
Max Strict pull-up (Ring row)

Mobility:
:30 Puppy dog
1:00 Archer in saddle
