A) Back Squat
7-7-7 Building
14 minutes including warm up.

B) June Challenge!
Complete as many unbroken alternating partner wallball as possible. If you break before you get to 150 then finish out the 150 in broken sets.
(Scale to 100 reps)

Mobility:
2 minutes saddle
1 minute forward fold
