Join Team RWB for their monthly WOD at 6:45pm!

Partner WOD:
3 rounds or 25 minutes, whichever comes first:
400m Partner Medball Run (20/14#)
50 Burpees (scale to 30 reps)
Bear Crawl full perimeter of gym

Both partners run and bear crawl together. One partner working at a time on burpees.

Mobility: 6 minute general foam roll
