Warm-up:
10 Leg swings
3 Inchworm lunge
5 Up down dog
14 Single leg v-up
10 Scorpion
3x thru
High hang clean
1″ above knee clean
1″ below knee clean
Mid-shin clean
then
6 burpee over bar
4-5 minutes to warm up clean

WOD:
Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes (6 sets):
6 Power Clean (Build every 2 sets, with the goal of keeping each set UB)
12 Burpee over bar

Mobility:
:30 Cat cow
1:00 Lying knee twist
1:00 Standing or seated forward fold
