10 Hang Power Cleans (155/105, 105/75, 75/55)
20-Yard Shuttle Sprint (Run 10 yards, tap floor w/ both hands and run back 10 yards)
8 Hang Power Cleans
40-Yard Shuttle Sprint (down and back twice)
6 Hang Power Cleans
60-Yard Shuttle Sprint (down and back three times)
4 Hang Power Cleans
80-Yard Shuttle Sprint (down and back 4 times)
2 Hang Power Cleans
100-Yard Shuttle Sprint (downand back 5 times)

6 minute time cap.
