A) 12 minutes to build to a heavy strict pull-up

Scaling options: 2-3 assisted strict pull-ups EMOM or 2-3 negatives EMOM (jump up and slowly descend down)

B) “Kelly”
5 Rounds for time:
400m run
30 Box Jump (24/20″)
30 WB (20/14#)
30 minute cap.
Scale to 3-4 rounds.

2 minutes pigeon each side
2 minutes couch stretch each side
