The MVA tent will be right in front of Los Tios and the meet-up for the CF Kids WOD will be in the Nest parking lot next to Los Tios.

WOD: “Panger’s Banger”
7-10 Rounds for time of:
5 Bench press (155/105, 125/85, 95/65, 65/45)
1-2 Rope climb (2 rope get up and get down)
200m Run (Scale to 150m )
