A) Front Squat
3-3-3-3-3
Use ~80% across.
15 minutes including warm-up.

B) Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes ( 4 sets)
Run 150m x 2
20 Wallball (20/14#)
Scale Wallballs to 10-15.

Mobility:
2 minutes frog
1 minute lizard
