High hang clean + Hang clean+ Clean

B) 9 minute AMRAP:
9 Power clean (135/95, 105/75, 85/55)
12 Lateral burpee over bar
15 Pull-up (Jumping/Ring row)

2 minute forward fold
2 minute straddle
