Warm-up:

Leg swing front to back :15/side
Air bike
Up down dog
Air squat
Hollow rock
Superman
Top down deadlift
Burpee
then
5 Muscle clean
4 Tall clean
3 Power clean
2 Squat clean
4 Lat pull + knee raise
2 Lat pull + T2B

WOD: EMOM x 21 (7 sets)
Minute 1: 5 Clean (Rx-155/105, power or squat)
Minute 2: :45 Max Calorie Air Bike
Minute 3: 6-12 T2B (knee raise)
*If you are planning on attending Tuesday’s 1RM split jerk session, keep weight light today, go easy on bike and scale reps of T2B as needed.
