2 Wall walk up w/ :5 hold
20 Shoulder tap in plank
10 PVC halo
10 T-spine opener
:20 Dead hang pullup bar
25 Jumping jax
7-10 Ring row
7-10 Strict press w/ empty bar
WOD:
A) Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes (5 sets)
5-12 Strict pullup (Scale by using band or performing negatives first, scaling option is ring rows)
10 Strict press (From floor, using 70% of 1RM)
B) 5 minute AMREPs:
Burpee to a target 6″ above reach
Tap target w/ both hands
(Scale by tapping lower target or tapping target w/ one hand)
