500m Row for time

B) For time:
800m Run (scale to 600)
20 Burpee
20 V-up

600m Run (scale to 400)
15 Burpee
15 V-up

400m Run (scale to 200)
10 Burpee
10 V-up

200m Run (Scale to 150)
5 Burpee
5 V-up

*22 minute cap.

Mobility: 5 minute general foam roll

Starting next Wednesday (June 20) Stretch class will be permanently moved to Wednesdays. Hopefully this will be a more optimal time to get bendy!!
