Warm-up:
200m Run
3 Inchworm lunge
4 Deep squat complex
5 Up/down dog
6 Tempo air squat
7 Tuck-up
8 Superman
9 Wallball
10 Up down

WOD:
A) Tempo Front Squat
3-3-3-3-3 Across
Pause for 2 seconds at bottom of squat.
*13 minutes. Compare to 042623.

B) Every 3 minutes for 9 minutes:
200m Run
Max Wallball in remainder of time.

Mobility:
1:30 Couch stretch
