This weeks Stretch class is moved to Tuesday, June 16.
April will also be leading us through 108 sun salutations on the summer solstice Sunday, June 21st at 9:30am. Plan on it taking about 90 minutes. You can sit out on any or as many reps as needed. Bring water and a yoga mat. We have 5 extra mats if you don’t own your own.
