Reminder: There will no morning classes on Saturday, June 17th. Instead, we will be participating in the 2nd Annual CF MVA Hog & Jog!

A) Hang snatch + OHS
12 minutes to build to a heavy set.

B) Sled pull (115/80#)
In teams of 2-3, complete a 10-minute AMReP of 150′ (length of gym down and back) sled pulls.
3-minute pigeon each side
