Warm-up:
10 PVC passthrough
4 Deep squat complex
5 Yoga push-up
20 Shoulder tap in plank
10 PVC T-spine opener
10 Floor slides
200m Run
6 Bench press
6 Hang squat clean
5 Ring dip or 7 HRPU

WOD:
A) 3-3-3-3 Bench Press
3-3-3-3 Hang Squat clean
*15 minutes building.

B) 4-5 Rounds for quality of:
150m KB/DB Farmers carry (Choose a weight that allows for 1-2 drops)
10 Ring Dip (Scale to 15 HRPU)

Mobility:
1:00 Twisted cross
1:30 Frog
