Use ~80-85% across.
15 minutes including warm-up, build from last week.

B) 10 minute AMRAP of:
10 DB Box step-over (20/18″, 35/25#)
10 Roll to candlestick
10 KB Swing (53/35#)

Mobility:
2 minutes frog
1 minute lizard
