A) Push Press
3 minutes to build to 90%,
then every 1:30 for 7:30 (5 sets): 2 reps at 90%
B) 3 RFT of:
Run 400m (scale to 300m)
20 Pullup (scale to 10-15)
Run 150m 15 HSPU (scale to 10 or DB strict press)
*20 minute cap.
Mobility:
1:00 Lying knee twist
1:00 Seated straddle
