A) EMOM x 10
Power clean + hang clean + clean
Build over the course of 10 sets.

B) 4 Rounds, Against a 2:30 running clock:
10 DB Power clean (Use a challenging weight)
10 Burpee over DB
Max DU’s in remaining time.
Rest 1 minute.
Record total reps of DU’s for each round.
