Warm-up:
:30 each movement w/ :05 transition
Air bike
Cossack squat
Single leg glute bridge (:15 each side)
Dead bug
Fire hydrant
Bird dog
Scorpion
Bootstrapper
Air bike
Burpee

WOD:
A) Sumo Deadlift Wave
5-4-3-5-4-3
*14 minutes including warm-up.

B) Partner WOD:
In 10 minutes accumulate as many reps as possible of:
Air bike calorie
Burpee
*Both partners working at the same time. Partners can switch on the bike at any time.

Mobility:
:30 Child’s pose
1:00 Straddle (R/L/M)
