10 Leg swing
4 Walk outs + pushup
25 Jumping jax
10 Top down deadlift
8 Muscle clean
6 Strict press
4 Push press
3 Deep squat complex
5 Clean
5 Jerk
:30 Burpee over bar

A) 7 minutes to build to a heavy Clean & Jerk (4 months or less sub clean & push press)

B) Then using 70% of A:
Max lateral burpee over bar in 12 minutes
At the start of every minute including the first minute, perform 3 Clean & Jerk/push press
*Record total burpees performed.
