WOD:
“Filthy Fifty”, “Fugly Forty” or “Dirty Thirty”
50, 40 or 30 Reps of the following movements:
Box Jump (24/20″)
Jumping Pullup
KB Swing (35#)
Walking Lunge
K2E (knee raise)
Supermans
Wallball (20/14#)
Burpee
DU (2-for-1)
*Scale as needed to complete in under 24 minutes.

Mobility:
5 minute foam roll
