10 Single leg v-up w/ 2 second hold in hollow
10 Spiderman lunge
150m Run
1 Wall walk up
20 Shoulder taps in plank or 10 inverted
WOD:
22 minutes to accumulate as much time as possible in a handstand hold.
For every drop from the handstand perform:
300m Run
15 T2B/Knee raise
10 DB Push Press (50/35#)
Mobility:
1:00 Foam roll lats
1:00 Roll T-spine
:30 Roll Quads
