Warm-up:
10 PVC passthrough
4 Walk out
4 Yoga pushup
6 Spiderman lunge
30 Shuffle split
1 Wall walk up w/ :15 hold
:20 Active hang on pullup bar
10 PVC halo
6 Single arm push press
4 DB Snatch
4 Pullup
3 Shuttle run

WOD:
4-6 Rounds, each for time of:
1:00 Handstand hold (Scale to pike handstand hold on box
10 Pullup (ring row)
10 DB snatch (Rx-50/35, Scale I-35/25, Scale II-25/15)
10 Shuttle run (25′ out and back=1)
*Rest 1 minute after each round. 25 minute cap.

:45 Side Puppy
