Visit CF MVA on the Avenue for Well Ray, a festival of fitness and fun! Bring your kids for a fun workout in the field across from Mind the Mat at 11:00am.

40 Thrusters (95/65, or ~55%)
400m Run (run together)
30 Burpees
30 C2B pull-ups (COB or ring row)
20 Hang C&J (135/95, or ~65%)
200m Run
One partner working at a time except for runs.
