Warm-up
10 Shoulder Circles (Fwd + Bwd)
5 Press Up
10 Lat Pull
5 Yoga Push-up
10 T-Spine Rotation
5 Diamond Push-up
10 Reverse Snow Angel
5 Bent Over Row / Side
:10 Single Arm Plank Hold
5 Pull-up

WOD:
A) 50 Strict pullup for time (scale to 30)
Perform 10 DB floor press for every break (home wod sub 15 HRPU)
*15 minute cap. Choose a floor press weight that is challenging for 10 unbroken reps.

B) 3-4 Sets:
10 Plate Curl
10 Plate Press
10 Plate Steering Wheel
Rest 1 Min
* 7 minute cap. Choose a weight that allows you to each set unbroken.
