A) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 sets)
2 Pause Back Squat (2-3 sec pause at bottom)
4 minutes to warm-up to starting load. Increase load from last week.
B) Every 2:00 for 12:00 minutes (6 sets)
5 Power Cleans (Heavy)
Max UB T2B (knee raise or at least 6 T2B broken if unable to string together)
Record load used for PC sets and T2B reps for each set.
1 minute seated straddle (right,left, down middle)
1 minute archer in saddle
