WOD

Warm-up:
7 minute AMRAP of:
3 Inchworm pushup lunge
5 Ring row
7 Air squat
14 Jumping jax
10 Tuck up
4 Up down dog
then
Warm up power clean to slightly heavier than WOD weight.

WOD:
5 Rounds of 3 minute AMRAP:
3 Power clean (Rx-135/95, Scale I-115/80, Scale II- 95/65, Scale III-75/50)
6 Burpee
12 Double under (24 SU)
*1 minute rest after each round. Start each round where you left off the previous round.

Mobility:
:45 Child’s pose
1:00 Lizard
