Wall walk up
Jumping jax
Deep squat complex
then
warm-up pullup

WOD:
EMOM x 21 (7 sets)
Minute 1: 3-6 Strict HSPU (Scale to Pike pushup, Rx+ deficit pushup on plates)
Minute 2: :45 Air bike for max calorie
Minute 3: 5-10 Pullup (ring row)+ 15-30 DU (30-50 SU)
