Warm-up:
10 Leg swing
75′ Walking Samson lunge
75′ Bear crawl
10 Wall facing squat
10 Hollow rock + 5 tuck-up
8 Single DB step up
8 Cossack squat
4 Double DB step up

WOD:
A) Front squat 3-3-3-3-3
*13 minutes including warm-up. Same weight across.

B) 10 minute AMRAP of:
14 DB step-up (Rx- 50/35#, 24/20″)
20 V-up (tuck-up)

Mobility:
1:00 Frog
1:00 Pigeon
