Warm-up:
P1 :45 Air bike
P2 5 Up down dog
then switch
20 Shoulder tap in plank
10 T-spine opener
10 Floor slides
6 Pushup +
2-3 Strict pullup or 4-6 Ring row
P1 :45 Air bike
P2 Burpee
then switch

WOD:
A) Bench press 3-3-3-3-3
*13 minutes including warm-up. Same weight across.

B) Partner WOD:
8 minute AMREP
Air bike calorie
Pullup
*In 8 minutes, with both partners working at the same time, accumulate as many air bike calories and pullups as possible. Partners must switch every 7 calories for men and 5 calories for women.
