A) EMOM x 10
Clean & Jerk
Build over the course of 10 sets.

In 12 minutes ladder as high as possible
5 Burpees
5 Pull-ups
10 Burpees
10 Pull-ups
15 Burpees
15 Pull-ups
20 Burpees
20 Pull-ups…
Continue to add 5 burpees and 5 pull-ups until time expires
