A) 3 OHS
10 minutes to build to a heavy triple

B) 4-5 Rounds, each for time:

  • AB Calories (12-14 men/8-10 women)
  • 14 Alternating DB Snatch (55/35#)
  • 1 Minute Rest

 

Mobility: 3-minute pigeon each side
