A) 3RM Push press
Build over the course of 10 minutes to 3 rep max.

B) Once through for time:
10 OHS (95/65#, use a load that allows you to go UB)
20/15 V-Up
30/25 KB swing (53/36#)

8 OHS (95/65#)
20/15 V-Up
25/20 KB swing (53/36#)

6 OHS (95/65#)
20/15 V-Up
20/15 KB swing (53/36#)

4 OHS (95/65#)
20/15 V-Up
15/10 KB swing (53/36#)

2 OHS (95/65#)
20/15 V-Up
10/5 KB swing (53/36#)
(Second number on V-up and KBS is a scaling option.)
