WOD:
6-7 Rounds for quality of:
10 Incline DB press on medball
20 Modified single leg DB deadlift (10 each side)
150m Mixed DB carry
*25 minute cap
Bodyweight Home WOD:
10 Wide grip pushups (if pushups are easy for you than raise your hands up on a 4-8″ surface)
20 Odd object single leg deadlift
1 minute in place march with mixed DB hold
