Front Squat
3 minutes to warm-up to 82%
then
Every 2:30 for 15 minutes
Set 1: 3 @82%
Set 2: 1 @ 89%
Set 3: 3 @ 85%
Set 4: 1 @ 92%
Set 5: 3 @ 87%
Set 6: 1 @ 95%

B) July Challenge!
5 minute AMREP of: single arm OH DB walking lunge (50/35, 35/25, 25/15)
*Must turn and alternate arms every 25′. Record total distance covered.

C) Partner max meter row in 8 minutes. Alternate with partner as needed in order to accumulate as many meters as possible.

Mobility:
1 minute lizard
1 minute pigeon
