A) EMOM x 4
2 Jerk Balance @ 30-40% of last weeks top load

Jerk with 2 second pause in receiving position
Set 1 @ 70%
Set 2 @ 75%
Set 3-4 @ 80%
Set 5-6: @ 85%

C) EMOM x 5
3-7 Strict HSPU

D) EMOM x 5
7 Burpee at the start of each minute
Max DU/SU in remaining time

Mobility:
1 minute low dragon
1 minute couch stretch
