:30 Hollow hold
:30 Wrist stretch
:30 Perfect stretch

WOD:
20 minute AMRAP of:
150m OH plate carry (45/35#)
15 Wallballs
5 Burpees for every break on the plate carry after each set of WB
Record total burpees completed.

Home WOD:
1:30 OH march (45/35#)
10 Thrusters (DB 35/25#, BB 95/65)
5 Burpees for every break on OH march
Record total burpees completed.
