10 Reverse Lunge
5 Prone I-Y-T

2 Rounds:
3 DB Hang Power Clean + Lunge + Lunge
3 Burpee

WOD:
For Time:
100 DB Hang Power Clean + Lunge + Lunge (Rx- 50/35, Scaled 35/25)

Perform 5/3 Burpees at the start of every minute – scale to 3 burpees if you cannot complete the burpees in :15

*22 minute cap.
