Happy 4th of July!! Classes at 9am &10am!

“Team 1776 WOD”

In teams of 3, complete 1776 reps of your choice of the following exercises:

Box jump (24/20″)
Air squat
Abmat sit-up
Calories rowed
Double under (lateral KB jumps as sub)
Wallball 20/14
KB swings (53/35#)
DB push press (40/30#)
DB power clean (40/30#)
Slamball (25/20#)

*Strategize and create rep scheme before starting the WOD. You may not as a team do more than 200 reps in any exercise. Everyone must do at least 10 reps of each exercise (unless injury prevents it).

Everyone can work at the same time, but you all need to stay together on the same exercise before moving on to the next.
35 minute time cap.
