16 Fire hydrant
12 Single leg glute bridge
10 Superman
10 Top down deadlift
5 Strict knee raise
5 Burpee over bar
15 Penguin jump
5 Strict T2B
15 DU

WOD:
Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes (5 sets)
7 Deadlift (Rx-225/155, scale to a load that allows you to complete UB)
35 DU (50 SU)
9 Strict T2B (Strict knee raise)
14 Burpee over bar

Mobility:
:30 Child’s pose
1:00 Lying knee twist
