A) Every :90 for 12 minutes (8 sets)
1 Tempo Front Squat @ 30×0
30×0= 3 second descent with no pause at bottom or top of squat
Build for first 4 sets then use the same weight for last 4 sets.
B) 6 minute AMREP:
Lateral burpees over bar
At the start of every minute perform 5 Front Squat (155/105, 125/85, 95/65, 75/50)
Record total burpees performed and load used.
Mobility:
2 minutes Lizard (each side)
2 minutes Seated straddle
