Jerk with 2 second pause in receiving position
Set 1 @ 70%
Set 2 @ 75%
Set 3-4 @ 80%
Set 5-6: @ 85%
Set 7-8: @ 88-90%

C) EMOM x 5
3-7 Strict HSPU

D) Max DU/SU in 5 minutes
For every break on DU/SU perform 5 burpees
Score is total # of DU/SU’s

Mobility:
1 minute low dragon
1 minute couch stretch
