WOD

Warm-up:
8 minute AMRAP:
150m Run
5 Yoga pushup
30 Jumping jax
12 Scap pushup
6 Burpee
8 Alternating DB snatch
5 Eccentric pullup (Jump up and lower down for a 3-5 second count)

WOD:
A) Spend 10 minutes building to a 2 rep max Bench Press

B) Max Strict Pullup/Ring row in 12 minutes
for every break perform:
10 DB Snatch (Rx-50/35, Scale I-35/25, Scale II-25/15)

Mobility:
1:00 Foam roll lats
1:00 Archer
