Run 200m
8 Bootstrapper
6 Box jump
6 Wallball
4 Deep squat complex
WOD:
Every 7 minutes for 21 minutes (3 sets)
400m Run
30 Box Jumps (24/20″)
30 Wallball (20/14#)
If Round 1 takes longer than 6 minutes, scale round 2 to 300m Run and 20 reps of box jumps and/or wall ball
